with higher speeds and more intense exercises.
Do NOT begin this program if you have not completed Game Speed: Acceleration in it’s entirety. This would be like starting a book on chapter 3 without starting at the beginning.
Do NOT move on in the Game Speed series before completing this program in it’s entirety. It sets the athlete up for the highest speeds possible in the next phase to come.
